Russian President Vladimir Putin and his Chinese counterpart Xi Jinping will probably participate in a video conference to launch the Power of Siberia gas pipeline on December 2, Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov said.
"Maybe. (The video conference) will probably take place on December 2," the Prime news agency cited the spokesman as saying.
Initially, the launch of the pipeline was set for December 20.
